We’ve decided to join forces with Faraja Cancer Support Trust and make real impact because we are stronger together. This is our signature “Gourmet” blend (medium grind), but this time the profits of this pack are donated to Faraja’s efforts in childhood cancer. These donations help them in supporting cancer patients in Kenya and creating awareness for early detection.
Childhood cancer is on the rise globally with close to 400,000 children being diagnosed every year. In Sub Saharan Africa, statistics show that out of every 10 cases, only two children will survive compared to 8 out of 10 children in Europe and the US. Awareness and research are needed to improve these numbers, and that is why we packed this coffee in gold, symbolizing childhood cancer and reflecting how precious these young warriors are.
